How We Use Information
We collect and utilize data responsibly to optimize our operations and community outreach:

- Organizing data within secure digital tools including Microsoft 365, cloud storage, CRM, and program databases.
- Tracking attendance, reviewing feedback, monitoring spending, and measuring progress to continuously improve our services.
Protecting Privacy
The security of our community's sensitive information is our top priority:
- Restricting information access strictly to authorized staff members on a need-to-know basis.
- Utilizing secure, encrypted accounts and multi-factor authentication for all data platforms.
- Maintaining rigorous standards for keeping our records accurate, updated, and safely archived.
